I really like painting dogs and their humans playing at the beach. This is my 9th painting in this series, and I love the sappy expression of this Labrador retriever, who isn't too keen on going back out in the waves to fetch the ball. I had watched these two playing in the surf that day, which was really rough, and this pup wasn't too skilled at finding the ball in the waves, but kept trying!

This painting is on hard gesso board and fits easily into any 8x10" frame. Just take the glass out and pop it in!
